Make Default UserAgent customizable in opera vpn settings

In settings >Default UserAgent > for both Desktop UA and Mobile UA each one add an custom button to add some sites as Exclude(exception)
for example Twitter page have the best feature on Mobile UA in Android I can add it as Exception if i need always view most of pages in Desktop UA as default so I add it as Exception by tapping custom button in Desktop UA and add twitter page as Exclude pages list to be opened always in Mobile UA mode
or If I like always view pages in mobile UA but there are some pages that have the best or full features in Desktop UA mode i can add them as Exclude pages list to always be opened in Desktop UA mode.
