Opera 60.xxx mouse wheel settings change

under W10 everything is ok but under LinuxMint Cinnamon 19.1 I have to rotate about 4-5 times as much on the mouse wheel as under W10.
So where do you change the settings of the mouse wheel please.

Try disabling smooth scrolling. Opera://flags > smooth scrolling > disabled.

no, only with opera. Firefox is ok, open office ok
