Black sidebar and google string

Previously, even with a light design, the side panel was black. N
ow it is impossible to change (for reasons unknown to me, it just changed that way). Is it possible to return back?
Also, the search previously looked different, I don't like the current version.
Not to mention that everything has changed by itself.
also the “snapshot” that was on the sidebar is now for some reason right on top. -

The dark theme and all the options are nice, but could you bring back the dark sidebar with light color theme, as in Opera 59? And possibly light sidebar with dark color theme. While using the light theme, the light sidebar just looks odd.
