Remove wasted space from Toolbar (Extensions & Easy Setup) and Sidebar(s)

To sum it up:

Adjust extensions section in the toolbar by allowing the spacer to be dragged back and forth to show or hide extensions, and preserve the configuration if window size permits (hide when it is too small). eg. from [a|b|c|u|v|w|x|y] >> [z] to [a|b|c] >> [u|v|w|x|y|z]
Currently the current style does not allow adjusting, so the user has to decide between hiding the extension forever and having to show and re-hide when the user needs to use the extension occasionally -
Combine Extensions sidebar and Easy Setup button into the Sidebar to minimize wasted space and recenter the browsing window when Extensions sidebar is active, or...

Allow the user to choose which side the Sidebar and Extensions sidebar to be on, so the user can decide to have both sidebars on each side of the screen, keeping the browsing window in the center.
