"INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" when attempting to upload addon

I'm attempting to upload an add-on to the Opera add-ons website, but I'm greeted with the following error whenever I try to upload my packaged file:

Upload Error (500): INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Can this be caused by something in my manifest/add-on or is there something wrong with Operas website?

Can you please share the extension file you're trying to upload?

Why still 500 error? Can't load the extension.

I'm still experiencing error 500 when submitting a new version for review. Please help!
