Sync speed dial on two android devices

After a year using this app, I still can´t figure it out how the exact steps I have to do to get to sync speed dials between my android phone and my tablet. I created my account, and being looged on both devices, I only see old syncs of my other devices, sometimes devices appear more than once with different sync dates, and it is very difficult to get the current list of speed dials for each device. I log off and sign in many (too many) times until it finally "works"; but it is a real pain that this doesn´t work in a more straight forward way... or maybe I am missing a step or doing something wrong... please can somebody help me to understand how this feature really works?

Got the similar problem.
(got just some dials, not all)

However, it seems to me there's nobody interested in user's problems (after "recent" changes in Opera).
It's a shame...
