Add the option to add user filters in the built-in adblocker

It would be great to be able to add our custom filters to the built-in adblocker like AdGuard or Adblock Plus does.
I know you still can use a workaround by loading a file that you wrote yourself with your custom filters in it but that's absolutely not convenient doesn't even seem to work as intended.
