The new look that was brought to the settings tab is nice, but i myself liked to previous look and i'm sure that im not the only one. I'm not asking for it to be changed back but maybe an option for people to select which one they prefer to use.

Hi, you can do it by disabling opera://flags/#new-md-settings.

@ewamiezejewska User here says the setting gets reverted back to default on Opera update and has to be changed back each time.
