Always show address bar during tab selection on opera mini

The address bar disappears when the user scroll down enough on a page. I just want the tab selection overlay to always show the address bar and make the field modifiable to allow user to either search on google, copy the fields, or enter a new url.
It will make my life slightly easier as a quality of life improvement.
