In Fullscreen mode Tabs & Navigation should appear when i move cursor to the top of the screen

I miss this feature so much, every browser has it except Chrome. It would also be useful for touchscreen devices with Windows.

I use Ctrl+Shift+C and type in developer console: window.location="https://url.etc..." Enter. & Close DevBoard
