Delete Add-on in developer console

What exaclty happens, if I delete an Add-on in the developer console? Is it only removed from the console and Opera Add-ons website? Or is it also removed from the browsers of the Opera users who have already installed the Add-on?

@extensions, it is removed from your developer console and the website. Extensions that have been installed on client devices will not be affected.
