PDF editor feature Suggestion

Hello Opera devs. First of all, thank you for the awesome work with this browser. It has many interesting features you don't find in any other browser natively.
However, there is a feature I saw in Microsoft edge that I tought was very interesting and useful that Opera still doesn't have that is the website/pdf editor. Its really useful to make notes and highlighs in websites or pdfs while studying, for example, and would be cool to see something similar in opera, since it matches the nature of the other useful features implemented in the Browser without the need of an extension.
