Extending the functionality of the middle mouse button, sidebar and adblocker

1. My suggestion is to allow new cards to be opened by pressing the middle mouse button anywhere on the title bar. Also clicking on the icon responsible for the list of closed cards should result in automatic opening of the last closed card.

2. I would also recall the issue of new sidebar connection with the old extension bar.

3. I do not know how it is possible, but the old Opera made it possible to create its own blocking rules by selecting a specific element with the cursor. Due to the imperfection of the blocking lists delivered by default, this functionality would make the built-in adblocker more effective.
