Inline installation for add-on - failed today

We are successfully used inline installation on our website (https://megabonus.com) for a long time, but today, few hours ago, it failed

and error message is 'Could not fetch data from the Opera add-ons catalog'

Can you please check and fix?

Even my application (www.engrip.com) is facing the same issue. New user onboarding is failing due to this reason. Did you get any updates from Opera on this issue?
