Speed Dial Edit Lock

Hi,
I believe having a button to lock the speed dial should be implemented. I love the feature on windows Opera, but the problem I have is using a touch screen I accidentally press the small X (delete) button on the top right. This means I need to set it up again which is quite annoying. A single menu option could be implemented which prevents any modifications to the dial, and all is well.
