Title bar appeared - Mint 18.2

Description: Today title bar in my opera appeared again even though it wasn't there since I installed it. As far as I can tell only thing I did was change my desktop background and suddenly there it was, the dreaded titlebar.

Version: 46.0.2597.39 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Linux Mint 18.2 (x86_64; X-Cinnamon)

I am unware of any settings which could cause it to appear, not any specific things in mint which could have caused this. Any help would be appreciated, I will be very happy if it is something banal which I overlooked.

I purged all of my Opera and its settings, after reinstall it was back to default but with the title bar. Tried to remove the tile bar with compiz, but it doesn't seem to work yet, and it's not prefered solution either.

This cant be fixed, we need opera remove the titlebar by default like Chrome did
