Opera Turbo doesn't work with IPv6

I am using Opera Mini with high saving mode and when I go to ipv6-test.com it tells me that my IPv4 address is from ISP "No-opera-seaus", but my IPv6 is from SiXXS.
This means that Opera Turbo doesn't support IPv6 or Opera Mini for Android bypasses Opera Turbo somehow and makes direct connection with IPv6 without any kind of saving.

Sorry, I forgot to say that Opera Mini verson is version 11.0.1912.96480 on Android 4.4.4. Phone is Samsung GT-I9305.
