I'd like to say thanks to all the contributors. Let me react all the things from the past 10 days in this comment!
- There are 79 submissions as of now. I guess it's not bad, considering the time elapsed. But I'd like to have at least a few hundreds, so please share the link with as much people as you can.
- I've got positive feedback from the developers. No promises, but they keep an eye on it.
- I've recently added a few new requests and some clarifications. If you've already submitted your answers, please open the link again, and answer the new questions! (If you can't find your suggestions on the list, please note in a comment! It can be because it's too specific or too broad, or it is already included as part of an other request.)
- As of now, the most wanted features are the following: tab stacking, rearranging extension icons, warning on window close, manual element blocking, click-to-play on HTML5 videos, extension sync, session manager, choose a custom search engine as default and the ability to change the search engine of the speed dial and the toolbar search box. (You can see the details if you open the survey again.)
- A few of you have noted that you don't create a Google account just to submit your answers. I completely understand your point of views, but for now, I won't make the survey open. I'd like to prevent flooding and data manipulation as much as possible. However, I may open it in the future, when we have much more submissions. (For those who fear personal data collection, the survey does not share your user name, IP or other personal data with me. You can create a Google Form anytime to check it.)

No where in the survey did it talk about customizing the UI and/or reverting back to 44 and older.

What do you mean by customizing the UI? There is a whole section of UI features.
About the latter, there is a question about native UI.

The option, Both, to allow customization, could be considered the allow customization even in Built in mode, as in Opera Presto?
I don't know if you mean this or using an external extension to complete more options.

The option, Both, to allow customization, could be considered the allow customization even in Built in mode, as in Opera Presto?
I don't know if you mean this or using an external extension to complete more options.Extension may provide alternative solutions to the same problem.
Btw, bookmarks export and tabs menu revamp is under development since the last dev build, so those will be removed from the list. I will post stats and modifications in a few days.

Status report
We are closing to 200 answers!
Some features are already being developed. (They will be removed from the list once they reach the stable branch.)
- bookmarks export
- expanding the number of recently closed tabs in the tab menu
- unit converter
The classic lazy loading is new on the list. If you have already submitted your votes, just open the link again, and you can vote for the new additions.

- Manual element blocking in the adblocker (from context menu or with a shortcut) (59,22%)

In v47 two features from the list have reached the stable channel. They are removed from the list. Their stats were the following:

I think Chrome and Opera are gonna do "the Vivaldi!" so to say. Vivaldi has been a major success showing how to build a new generation browser. Google is doing heavy experimenting with GUI. Opera is transitioning to Reborn.
Of course browsers need to be progressive web apps as well

Disappointed in the responses to the "Multiple User Profiles (like in Chrome)" question. I am aware of the workaround, and I've set up the command-line-flag-based shortcuts for multiple profiles, and they work OK, except when you click a link in another program.
With Chrome as your default browser, if no Chrome windows are currently open, an external link will open a new tab in a new window (plus the previous session's tabs) under the most-recently-used/closed user profile. If one Chrome window/profile is open, the tab will open in that window. If multiple Chrome windows from different profiles are open, it will open the external link in a tab in the most-recently-used (focused) window of the most-recently-used (focused) user profile.
In Opera, external links are always handled by the "default" Opera profile. If that profile has no windows open, one will be opened with the previous session's tabs and a new tab. This is less than ideal.
Opera far outperforms Chrome in not freezing/stalling (especially on certain problematic websites like Trello), but multiple profiles (one or more for work and one for personal) are essential for me. The current work-around is OK, but forcing the user to copy/paste external links any time they are using the non-default browser profile is one area the workaround fails.
