Popup for content of link

Sometimes I need to read both articles' list and a article.
Now click link in list, it brings to new view and after read it, we must back to list.
we can not see them together.So it would be good to have a popup view for content.
It should be toggled easily like downloads popup on address bar.
By draging link on popup view or context menu on link, it will be showed in popup view. -

In O45 and O44, the side bar and popup for messenger seems to be as what I want.
When click link in current tab or drag link on popup, the content will be show in popup without switching to another tab, so both can be seen together.
