Does the VPN ever work?

Whenever i check the VPN i see the message that it's 'unavailable at the moment, choose a different one.'
I do and then thats having problems too.
Is there an ongoing problem with this?

In other discussion a user said to Clean Browsing Data "Ctrl + Shift + Del" and check 3rd Party Services Data, and also another user said to use ISP DNS, he was using Open DNS and didn't work.

At home, in one of the Computers VPN works well, in mine don't, but needs a Refresh so it's not conclusive.
The router DNS are Alternate Dns if you want to try it.
