Turbo doesn't work well with my ISP

today OPERA TURBO doesn' work well with my ISP, somentimes the line is locked or slowed...
why?

yerstarday evening for two hours was slow, ping very high

I use mobile line 4G
Last evening is locked one time, i have disabled Turbo Opera....the page web is charged normally doing the refresh, then i have actived Turbo
The problems could be of my ISP

Take a look in your ISP website or Search in google if your ISP has any problem.
