Opera Download video instead of streaming them

Hello
I cannot steam xhamster and xvideos videos , Opera just start downloading them immediatly , Youtube stream just fine (html5),
Im using Xubuntu 16.04 What could be the problem ? -

Hi! I also use Xubuntu 16.04 (with Voyager theme) and I face the same problem !

I have the same problem with golem.de. No video-player is shown. I think this is a general problem related with FFmpeg because opera isn't capable to play H.264 videos anymore.
