OperaMax with Doze by Yirgalab

Can I use Doze by YirgaLab with OperaMax? Both are using vpns, so I think they are incompatible..

I hope OperaMax will implement similar feature.. I think it can be done by preventing background data only when screen is off.

I've tries that app, but onfortunately opera max seems not working alongside. Maybe you can only set 1 VPN at a time.
