Suggestion: Quick way to go to the top of the page...

Hi people...

My request is actually very simple, it's just a workflow improvement I found in Yandex browser...

The feature is: When you are browsing a webpage and you scroll down to some place on the page, you will be able to click on the tab to go to the top of the page, and if you click on the tab again you will return to the position you were before..
Is unbelievable how useful this feature is, and since Opera browser is the king of workflows... yeah it would be great..

But yeah, this feature is gold, I became so addicted to this, it's so intuitive and useful and now it's so hard to use a browser without it, but I have faith in Opera team and I hope they'll like/implement this feature...
