'Best for you' speed dial

i keep getting speed dials added to opera mini. One of them 'best for you' and appears to be a link to a gaming website, the other is 'safe surf' and appears to be an antivirus link. I thought it was just mini for android, but the 'best for you' link just appeared on mini for iOS. I deleted them on android but they came back again later, is this a promotion by opera or is something happening that shouldn't be? It all very well having default links when you first download the app, but I don't think opera should just add links whenever they feel like it...

Correction, the second one is 'surf easy', and they came back a third time after deleting them.

SurfEasy, an Opera company. So these are Opera preset dials, something like http://www.opera.com/o/default-speeddials as for Opera Mini 4.0. However shouldn't show up so often, usually after connection reset or network test.
