It would be very helpfull to show this dialog window. It happens often enough, when you forget about current downloadings, click exit - and Voila! Start it all over again

You can always write here, but I don't think it's possible with the extension API we have today.

Tip: You can always check the "Continue where I left off" option under "On startup" in settings, then you will at least not lose your tabs when you close your browser.

Tabs not a problem. I tried to focus on interrupted downloadings, by accidentally closed Opera, that's all.
