Hi,
I want to build an extension for Opera. Were should i start?
The ideia is similar to Adblock Plus extension but for a diferent purpose.

Here is the official documentation for extensions in Opera: https://dev.opera.com/extensions/. Then you can submit extensions here: https://addons.opera.com/developer/
