UI changer ?

is there any either chrome or opera addon or whatever...
that allows user to customize and change the way UI looks

for example, to remove tab menu button, the favorites button, to add something hidden in settings
to shuffle controls, etc...

i'm currently on DEV 39 build and STILL I don't see any options for this since version 15 !!!!!!

No, the extension API doesn't allow this in Chrome and Opera.
