[Suggestion]tab Islands Shouldn't Be Fully Collapsed Once You Leave Them

TAB Islands needs to have one displaying tab just like it's shown on picture, and they shouldn't collapse to just one line (as it's shown in red circle)

@mixchild I agree.. though maybe it could be a simple option in settings - always show first page from the island
