@cruede I agree with this suggestion. Opera desktop could improve PDF reader functionality with edits. Today I use Foxit Reader for this. It would be a great differentiator from Chrome and other chromium-based browsers.

@burnout426 thank you, I have tried that. Unfortunately, there is not a single URL in the entire source code section of the chat in question.

It would be great if Opera would add the ability to save such scrollable pages entirely to PDF.

@burnout426 Thank you so much for your insight! We did not think about other browsers having different Chromium versions. It turns out the issue only occurs for newer browser versions: Chromium version 92 and newer, and Firefox 90. Basic Opera and Opera GX apparently use Chromium 91. The PDFs upload correctly within Safari, but that hasn't been updated since 2015, so that makes sense. We're still researching why it only happens for some PDFs rather than any PDF, but it's good to know it's most likely related to recent browser updates.

@minotus Then it's probably either a Chromium issue or an Acrobat one.

This issue can be with your operating because this is support by the system of saving files. On first step try to update the latest version of opera then go for the operating system.

It's a known issue. Not sure how it's possible, but the PDF viewer is technically an extension (an internal one). Some change in it must be allowing the extension to interfere. It's being looked into.

@milolav If you want to suggest that feature, yes. Better do the same in Chromium forum too.
