all my bookmarks, speed dials and wallpapers are deleted

So I just turn off the computer and when turn it back on 3 hours later, i see this, no-synchro and things mentioned above disappeared, fortunately passwords and accounts are still saved. So the only solution is to do it as it was or can it be undone? Thanks in advance
