@InfiniteNoob hello, I’m having the same problem.
I went to my extensions on edge and had one named celestialquasaror that I couldn’t alter.

I clicked developor mode to the left and it showed me a id of random letters.

I went to my files on my computer and searched the random letters found 3 files

It wouldn’t let me delete the files in the spot so I right clicked and selected open file location

I was able to delete that folder as a whole.

I returned to my extension page on edge browser and it is still there but says the extension failed to load properly so may not of removed it but definitely stopped it from properly working.
