I have this popup that keeps appearing whenever I open any website, fully preventing me from using the site. The update button this time led me to a google chrome installer for whatever reason, but still didn't make the screen go away. I then checked the settings itself for updates, but-

Opera is telling me something completely different here instead. I am unaware of what I may or may not be doing right or wrong. I even reset the browser to all default settings, and still no luck.
