Just fixed my problem on opera gx green, it was shadders, the "pip boy" shadder just started on his own.

So for you mod that is reading that you can erase both posts, or reply on my first post, thanks.

Updated, tested dark mode, and all sorts of configurations, I just don't unninstaled, any help?
