@leocg there isnt any other way? or that there isnt any customer support to help with this issue?

Just got a new laptop because my old one broke from age. I forgot my old pw so i just reset it. When going to sync it asks for my old pw, which I don't know for the life of me. Is there a way to get around this? If i reset sync, they will delete all of my old data that i want to retrieve. please tell me that I don't have to lose all of that stuff.

It seems that there's no customer support email or phone number that I can contact either. tried looking for over an hour. It seems they funnel all issues here instead of through email correspondence? Seems rather odd to me.
