@Sabrina79 I use Ghostery which blocks most of the ads, Opera Adblocker was left on 'just because'.

Whenever I open a YouTube video in a new tab, it plays 2 instances of the video in the one tab, often with a delayed doubling of audio. I can pause the video in the new tab, but I keep hearing the audio play of the same video. I can mute the tab and it shuts up. I have disabled pop out video playing and cleared history and cache. Just decided to happen all of a sudden today, no updates or any change of software on the machine.

It offers a "translate" feature, but it doesn't auto translate into English..... . It prompts "what language"..... why is it so dumb? Why does it not auto translate into English, the very language it is talking in......

I want to type in search and hit enter and be taken to the google results page

Why do you think I want suggestions that autohighlight? Meaning that I have to then scroll down and hit enter, every time.

Is it too much to ask for an easy to use browser? Stop Getting In the way

I've used Opera for over a decade now and I'm thinking it's time to ditch this - overbloated and complicating itself in the way of just being able to be functional.
