目前在使用中，从当前窗口拖动标签或者Tab Islands,不可以新建窗口；
希望能够可以实现这个功能；
也就是说，在当前窗口有多个标签或者标签页岛屿的情况下，我想把其中的一部分拖动实现新建一个窗口；
目前的测试版，是不可以实现的；
