I've reinstalled my browser three times, on multiple drives. I've searched and used every method in this forum. Why is this happenning out of nowhere? Why did this stop working so sudden, even in my girlfriends PC?

I re-installed Windows and suddenly didn't work anymore. She updated the browser and stopped for her too. What is going on?
