Is there a way to remove the "speed dial" and "other bookmarks" tabs inside the bookmark section?

To add messengers that you can add yourself. To give an example; Youtube or Snapchat. You would be able to have a tab to the side that is under the category of messengers where you can have a maybe for the website.
