@nenagar I'm not sure if this is what fixed it but, I removed some extensions and it stopped. If it was that, i'm not sure which one it was.

@nenagar No, I can't figure it out. I've tried everything I can think of.

The tab i'm currently using keeps refreshing every 5 minutes. I haven't been able to get it to stop. I'm on windows 10.
