Hello! Following worked for me:
Download and install one by one the packages gcc-10-base and libgcc-s1, after that upgrade to Opera 88 works.

http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gcc-10/libgcc-s1_10.2.1-6_amd64.deb

the only thing you can do for now is zu change the zoom level on the speeddial site

@miquelin Sorry, i can not help you with this problem with this combination of libgcc-s1 an cryptsetup.
I did not have this error message.
I would Not recommend to remove cryptsetup if you have encrypted filesystems.

Which linux distribution and version do you have?
