I went to AppData -> Local -> Programs -> Opera GX to get the right application for Winstep! Nexus. But I see two applications, one called Launcher and one called Opera. I'm not sure what the difference between the two is, as they seem to do the exact same thing. Which is preferred, and why? Thanks.
