I found out why it wasn't downloading for me the first time. What you need to do when you first download opera is to restart you computer(if you have any unsaved work going in the background save that first then do this) then you come back here and download whatever extension or background you want. The wallpaper isnt downloading for me, it says it is installed, I reload the page and it says add to Opera. What do I do to fix this.
