I think the search bar on the main screen should be lower, in the range of your thumb, is there a way to make this change

Is there a way to hide all bars(left and upper ones) and just show what site or whatever I'm on? A way to do the same as f11, while being able to have the opera gx window not fully maximised or in a split screen.
