@garyoberg yes lazy load is creating problem and when i disabled it worked for me.

I think below solutions work in the case

Disable all extensions

Disable the ad-blocker - disabled in Settings

Reset settings to default

Reset flags to default
Clear the cache
things will work fine hopefully

@leocg Sorry i forget to write that this error message is upon loading Opera installer executables.

On computer startup (windows 10) i saw the error message " Fatal error upon loading installer executable?" where does the problem occurs?

@amanda-curvy yes try disabling lazy-load plugin.
They often conflict with site-speed on android.
