I am sorry that I didn't mention clearly. I've just tested Opera 12, it's fine.
The one does not work was Opera 22.0.1471.50, dunno why re-installation still not okay... I also checked that it was enable.

How can I debug on windows ?

Flashplayer failed to load in recent version of Opera! Please fix it asap cos I don't want to switvh to other browsers...., thanks!
