@leocg I ran a .exe file downloaded from the page.

@leocg I mean that when I opened up Opera GX before this issue was a thing, it updated itself automatically. I can't update or install it now, given it's uninstalled. Every single time I try to install it, it say it's trying to update the app and failing.

@leocg Updates were happening automatically. Now pretty much nothing gets to happen.

@leocg Just tried it. Normal Opera works normally (no change there) and Opera GX now won't install itself. The software keeps trying to "update itself." It fails every time I try it.

@leocg It's not even there as an option. I can pick from Edge, Explorer and classic Opera or go to the Microsoft store, that's it.

@leocg Nothing at all. I click it and there is no response whatsoever.

From the options available (using Windows 10), I cannot pick Opera GX as my default browser, regular Opera is there though. Also, it would seem that after reinstalling Opera GX due to privacy reasons, once I got it back, the "old" Opera GX stays as an option to uninstall via Windows but I actually cannot uninstall this one, as it "cannot find the .exe" to do so. What do I do?
