When saving an image, you have the browser window open up to select where to save as. There is a tab to the side where you can select which folder or shortcut to select and save it to. What's happening is that it always automatically starts at the bottom of the scroll for that tab, so all my shortcut folders I have there to quickly save to I have to scroll up to get to.

It seems to be done with nearly all other browsers besides Opera GX. It's not a life threatening problem but it is a very nice quality of life feature considering I personally save images quite frequently from browser for cataloging.
