Scientific mode coming out soon?

I've looked around and found some tutorials, but none of them worked so far.

Exemple: One guy said that I needed to enable opera://flags/#new-md-settings and make my opera://settings to look like chrome and then do it, but in my navigator I couldn't find such flag.

Others say that there is a "export" button in opera://settings/passwords but I couldn't find it.

How do I do it?
