@ngocevski rename or delete "opera_autoupdate.exe" in "C:\Program Files\Opera\autoupdate"

@bbildman i recently tried Opera Developer v124 and there is no fix there...

You also can modify the config file:

-Close Opera
-Open "Local State" with text editor
-Find string "use-angle@1" and change it to "use-angle@0"
-Save it and start Opera

Just tried Opera Developer, and they havent fixed it in ver. 124...

Yes, same here.
Its the file called Local State located in "..\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable" causing this issue. If you delete it, Opera starts normally but all the tabs (and who knows what else) disappear...
For me its not the solution, so i am sticking to the Opera_122.0.5643.142 for now...
Hope this will be fixed soon.
